Justin Scheetz: Wow, I really like this site. Excellent color selection, UI elements, and a great "not-in-your-face" use of Flash. Wonderful!

One little bug I found: On the Process page, when you click the pencil icon (Create), the "Visit the Work Page" doesn't link correctly, looks like a development link that was left over. :)
